The Best Place to Stay in Zakopane

I have been to Zakopane the last 2 years and both times I have stayed at the Tatra House, and for good reason. Located just a few minutes out of the centre of town, this place offers great value for money, a true traditional Zakopane feel and a great location offering fantastic views of the ‘sleeping warrior’. The food that is served in the kitchen there is cheap in price but amazing in quality, I was not able to finish my 3 courses each time because of the generous servings there!!!!! The rooms are large and the beds I found very comfortable, and the whole place is very clean tidy and homely. The staff are amazing, Halina on reception is amazing and Lucia who is the host is so friendly you can’t help but smile each time you interact with them. There a bikes you can borrow, hiking equipment you can use, this place delivers in every aspect so if you are looking for an amazing experience in the mountains I would 100% choose this place first.
